A faster version is to consume 2/3 from the daily calorie amount for breakfast (or at least till 11) and the remaining 1/3 for lunch. By this supper is excluded, easing up the digestion and increasing metabolism. It is highly important that after 3 o'clock no solid aliment should be consumed; only juice, tee or water is allowed.

    5. Green tee and apple vinegar. These are two basic ingredients in any kind of weight loss due to their properties. They intensify the metabolism and burn fat. Consume before each meal a cup of warm green tee and a cup of water (room temperature) with 2 spoons of apple vinegar and honey.
